Not an official government service

FixSA Voice is a hackathon prototype. It is not endorsed, operated, or monitored by a municipality, utility, emergency service, or government department. A demo confirmation does not create an official service request.

Not for emergencies

Do not rely on FixSA Voice for fire, exposed electrical infrastructure, gas, severe injury, crime, medical emergencies, or any immediate danger. Move to safety and contact the appropriate official local emergency service. The product does not display an emergency number unless an authorised regional configuration verifies it.

Synthetic data only

All supplied scenarios, resident statements, addresses, references, metrics, team names, assignments, and work updates are fictional or intentionally generalised for demonstration.

Acceptable use

Do not submit personal data, unlawful content, malware, secrets, or material that identifies a real resident. Do not present screenshots or references as evidence of actual municipal dispatch.

Availability and accuracy

The demo may be reset or unavailable. Transcription, classification, duplicate scoring, mapping, and simulated SLA results can be wrong. Always review the read-back before confirmation.

Intellectual property

FixSA Voice’s original design, code, and content are a VALO Systems concept. Third-party technologies and map data remain subject to their respective licences and attribution requirements.
