Privacy notice
FixSA Voice is a public demonstration using synthetic data. Do not submit real personal, confidential, medical, criminal, or account information.
What the demo handles
When you choose real voice mode and a server key is configured, live microphone audio is transmitted to AssemblyAI for real-time transcription and agent responses. The FixSA browser displays the transcript and uses validated tool calls to structure the issue. Demo mode makes no paid voice request.
Consent and retention
Microphone access and live transcription require a clear checkbox and browser permission. Audio is ephemeral by default and is not written to this repository or database. Confirmed synthetic transcript text, extracted fields, evidence metadata, and audit events remain browser-local when offline mode is used, or persist in the protected Laravel/MariaDB demo when its API is configured.
Public and private fields
Public tracking shows only the reference, category, approximate location, status timeline, SLA state, and public notes. Exact coordinates are reduced in precision; residential address labels, phone numbers, identity numbers, email addresses, full transcripts, internal notes, and assignee data are excluded.
Third-party processing
Real voice mode uses AssemblyAI under its own service terms and privacy commitments. OpenStreetMap-compatible map tiles may receive ordinary technical request data such as an IP address. No municipal system, emergency service, or geocoding provider is connected.
Your control
You can use the keyboard path, deny location, stop a voice session, edit extracted fields, decline a duplicate merge, or reset browser-local demo records in Settings. Server-side demo retention is controlled by the deployment owner.
